Eastern Connecticut Housing Opportunities (ECHO) is accepting bids in triplicate until 2:00 p.m. on December 2, 2025, at the ECHO offices, 165 State Street-Suite 311, New London CT 06320 for:
Project: 85 Vauxhall Street Renovation
Location: 85 Vauxhall Street, New London, CT 06320
A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the project site on November 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. A site walk-through will immediately follow the conference.
The project involves the rehabilitation of an existing residential building.
RFQ Deadline: November 20, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
RFI Responses Issued: November 25, 2025
