HANDYMAN/MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN FOR OUR PROPERTIES

Eastern Connecticut Housing Opportunities (ECHO) seeks a reliable, experienced handyman/maintenance technician for part-time or full-time work in New London County. Must be licensed, insured, able to complete a W-9, and have a valid driver’s license with vehicle. Duties include general maintenance, basic plumbing/electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, and unit turnover. Pay commensurate with experience.
