ECHO manages a variety of rental properties across eastern Connecticut, including the towns of Groton, Montville, New London, and Norwich. Our apartments serve a wide range of residents—offering market-rate options as well as affordable units for seniors, individuals who are under-employed or under-served, and those experiencing a transitional period in their lives.

We work with perspective tenants to house them in apartments that fit their needs.
